Adding XM and Bluetooth to '06 HiHy

I have a '06 HiHy Limited AWD, with NAV w/disk changer. I want to add the above and have a few questions:

I have a '06 HiHy Limited AWD, with NAV w/disk changer. I want to add the above and have a few questions:
- Has anyone added XM Radio to their '06 HiHy? I've been told that Toyota actually has one that can be added. I want it to still work with the steering wheel controls. Please share your advise/experience.
- I need/want to add BlueTooth. When I do the NAV work around / override there is a place that says telephone. Does anyone know what that is? What it does? How to set it?
- What about the other things that are exposed when you go to override? What do they do? Anyone have a 'manual' equivalent to these? That would be great.
- Is there something on the back that allows Bluetooth to be added?
- Lexus already has the bluetooth ... is this something that I can add to mine too?
- Has anyone replaced their NAV system? I've been told that you CAN'T because ours is specific to the Hybrid. Advise?
