Angry The difference between an $80 and a $260 5,000 mile service

I just took both cars in for their 5,000 mile service and I must say the $260 was worth it.

Mercedes $260
1) 10 min. wait before I was seen
2) Mobil 1 synthetic, tires rotated
3) Made aware of TSB's and recall which were taken care of
4) Was leaving in a C 4matic loaner 1/2 hour after arrival

Toyota $80
1) 45 min wait
2) Stock 5/30 oil even though Toyo Corp. switched to 5/20 for the engine. Tires rotated.
3) No TSB's or recalls performed, (I know I should have mentioned them, but hey..Is it my responsibility to know about the ECU logic update, windshield pins, seat belt extender.. etc?)
4) Loaner car, yeah right. For $80 I know I'm not getting a loaner, but for $25 I could've gotten the same service from them less the $55 tire rotation.

I know I'm venting but I'm just annoyed that I have to go back to take care of the annoying creaky windshield.
