Default Highlander 06- synthetic oil change?

I have a 06 highlander ever since Aug 05. It hasbeen running with regular oil/filter change. Can I switch to syhtetic oil? I really would like to do it, but I am very concern f I can actually do it. If I can, which oil should I use?

You can switch at anytme. I use Mobil 1 and the new recommended weight is 5w20 for either dino or syn. oil for the 06 HH.

I change my oil twice a year, refilling with synthetic. Currently I use Q, but I have used Mobil 1 and Castrol in the past. I get whatever synthetic is on sale.

I use the new mobil one 0w20 in my 2008 HH. It should be good protection for the constant starting and stopping of the engine. I plan to run 7500 miles per warranty interval for now.
