I just bought a 2007, thought about trying to wait until September, but needed to replace the vehicle I was driving....so far I have no regrets, but the 2008 looks nice!
We went car shopping today. The salesman says that the 2007 HyHi is getting hard to find and that the 2008 should be on the lot in about 45 days. He IS a car salesman so I don't know if this is accurate or not. Has anyone else heard the 2008 is coming in May/June?
Everything I've read about the '08 was that it would be available in September. Salesmen always try to push current inventory and never want customers to wait months for a new vehicle.
This is the key sentence that turns up again and again: Enter the all-new 2008 Toyota Highlander, which will be arriving in dealer showrooms in July with a hybrid model due two months later.
Here are the tentative production/delivery dates for all Toyota models including the HH, which is estimated to hit the dealers September - November 2007.
I would like to know if the pictures I have seen of the 2008 hihy taken at the auto show and on the web are pictures of the exact production model or just a concept model. Did anyone go to the auto show and ask the toyota rep about it???
