Default It's time for payback of sorts...

... Now that the new EPA values are published for the Prius I think it's time to pay Consumer Affairs a visit asking them to investigate why my Prius is consistently missing the new EPA values both for City and Highway driving.

It's inconceivable that a vehicle could be so far off the standards. I've been as much as 50% over the new City value. I want Joe Benton to begin gathering evidence to consider filling a class action suit against the EPA and Toyota forcing them to raise their unrealistic numbers. Toyota should be barred from advertising these numbers and the public should be made aware of just how low they are.
