I saw a Honda commercial tonight that started out with their new "Lear Jet" and ended with their robot video taping a sleek looking 5 door that wasn't an '09 Fit (to the best of my knowledge). Has anyone else seen that, and if so, do they know what the car was?

I saw part of that commercial tonight on MSNBC. I think the vehicle you are referring to is their prototype hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.

That looks like the Honda "Big Red Shark" aka their second-generation FCV. It'ds a beautiful car, but I wish they'd use the body for an Accord.

In the past few days I've been seeing the above-mentioned ad a lot on TV.
They also started showing an ad for Honda Civics.

Shocking, I know.

Yep, I've seen those two as well.
Just saw two different new Accord ads also, yesterday (during NFL games).
