Default Toyota"Free 24hr Roadside Assistance Over"
According to "Ashley" at the Totota Experence line the free 24 Hr roadside assitance program has been terminated on 2006 models and all new Hybrids.

You can purchase it and I would recommend you do it.

Interesting, I have a 2006 Highlander Hybrid (purchased Aug 05) and it came with 24 hr roadside assistance for 3yrs/36,000 miles.
