Well, I'm about to hit my 5000 mile service. Some questions:

1. Any recommendations for a place to do the 5k service in the Las Vegas area?

2. How much can I expect to pay for the 5k service?

3. Any problems if I just bring this to an ordinary Jiffy Lube-type place?

You should call a few places for prices.
I typically go to Firestone for the $20 oil change for my other cars, but they said the hybrid would cost $100. I called Toyotaland (dealership) and they said it would be $25, so I went there.

I would buy a set of ramps if you need them to get underneath for $40 at an auto parts store and do it yourself. That way you'll know it was done properly.
