(I asked this in another thread but got no answers. With all the discussion around the two versions of the Nav DVD I hope starting a new thread might spur some responses.)

Would those who have version 6.1 mind posting their production number (last five digits of the VIN)? I'm curious about when the switch took place. My TCH was built in July, I took delivery on August 22, my production number is 18306, yet I have DVD version 5.1.

The last five digits of my VIN are 20254, and I got the 6.1 DVD.
I took delivery on Sep 26.

I got mine on Sept 6 and my production # is 20069

Production #21908, September 8 (just out of diapers).

20932 took delivery 09/02/06 ver 6.1 of Nav.

Did you mean you took delivery on 9/2/06 or 9/6/06? I am about to get delivery around 9/24-26/06...

It looks like the switch happened right around 20,000. Anyone with production number in the 19,000's have rev 6.1?

Sounds like us veterans who bought our TCH's a few months ago got screwed on the Nav version. Is there an 800 number to call to complain. I'd like to get the ver 6.1 DVD without the $250 price tag.

Yes, I should have said Aug 26. Work has me running in circles right now, and it's a wonder that I had the time to post. Sorry for the confusion.
