If they don't carry it, then you tell them to get it. The 5w20 is fine too.

$80 x 2 x 7= $1120 dealer cost if you want to get shafted
People in glass houses shouldn't throw rocks.

0w20 oil is about $7 per quart. 7*5=35*2=70*7=$490 just for the oil.
Then add:
new filter $10
old oil disposal - Trip to parts store or local disposal center
time (min. $15 per hour plus overtime)
tire rotation (at least 15-20min. per pair of tires with a floor jack last time I swapped to snow tires on the pick-up I traded)
and fluid etc. checks.

Difference between getting shafted and do it yourself is $994.42 ( a ton of money). You save even more if you change oil more frequently than twice a year.
Frankly, the difference is higher than the cost of a 7 yr/100,000 Geniune Hybrid warranty.

This post is a reply to someone who maybe shouldn't be so quick to post. I suggest going back to school to learn your math and find ways to save more time. If you value it like you say you do.
The $80 is not for an oil change. Go to Jiffy Lube and get it done for $20-30 (coupons abound) in 10 minutes.

So that's DIY: 10 x 2 x 7 (plus $10 for oil filter, which you left out) = 280
Outsource it: 30 x 2 x 7 = 420.

Even if I triple the difference, it's 360. Round up to $400. Again, not "tons" of money over 7 years.

I'm just presenting another viewpoint. If you want to be a snarky about it, I guess that speaks volumes about you and your mindset.

It's all based on personal preferance. I have changed my own oil on my vehicles for over 20 years. I decided to let the dealership do the maintenance for the first 45,000 miles and then i would do my own. I payed for the maintenance package.....so far they have done a good job.
