OT:
I thought the UIs on several Nokia models I had were bad, until I owned several Motorolas. The Motorola UI is so HORRIBLE, it made me appreciate the Nokia UI!

I have paired the following Verizon phones to the Camry without problems:
  • Motorola e815 (a great simple phone)
  • Motorola Razr V3c
  • Motorola Q
  • LG VX8100
  • LG VX8300
Of the above, only the Motorola Q could send entries from the phone's address book to the car.

BTW, there is another Bluetooth thread in this forum:

I wish there was a way to merge threads - we seem to have two "bluetooth compatability" threads...

I just have one question - I have found a way to transfer the phonebook entries, but I think there is a problem with the way I have the numbers entered in my phone. It seems that most (if not all) of my entries transfer just the area code. My numbers are formatted like this in the phone:

xxx yyy zzzz (with no hyphens or parenthesis - just spaces between the groups).

Does anyone have any suggestions? My phone is a Cingular 8125 smartphone with Windows Mobile 5. I tried removing the spaces so it was xxxyyyzzzz, but thiss didn't help either.
