Default Can I find one with only NAV?

Very curious if I can find a TCH made with the only option being the NAV. What are my chances? Thanks.

Slim to none. Systems with NAV usually come loaded with sunroof, leather, etc.

I'd say 98% none. The dealers would make you think that you can get any options you want and when you list your specific options they give you a waiting time of 4 to 6 months and that is if Toyota will build just those specific options and send it to that dealer.

(Unless you keep calling around when the dealer receives their shipment and get the vechicle inquiry report).

Toyota does not build TCH as a made to order and that's why people wait 4 to 6 months, especially if you're only sticking to 1 dealer.

Save yourself some money and get a separate nav system. It wont be invisible like the stock unit but if you get a quality one it will work better...I am VERY dissatisfied with the Toyota unit.

But without the NAV you don't get the energy or consumption screen, right?

Yes from what I understand. Supposedly you get similar info without it but not the nice graphical screen.

Without the NAV system, the car reports back on the screen by the speedometer, which is trip milage (Eco mode bar graph) and tank mileage. You don't get the detailed breakdown of the last 1/2 hour, etc.

I didn't think the greater detailed consumption screen was worth the extra $1200 or so, and virtually all driving is done around an area that I grew up in (so I know it better than any NAV system.) It's all personal preference, ya know...

Thanks.
