Try Autogeek.net. I buy a lot of detailing supplies from them and have never had a problem. You can also try autopia and detailcity. Aerospace 303 can also be found at those sites.

Looking back at the thread, if you already have scratches on the cover, you might want to live with them. You can remove them by polishing but it would be easier with the plastic out of the dash. If you want to give it a try in place, I would use Poor Boys Professional Polish with a terry or microfiber cloth. Polish in a back and forth motion fast enough to generate some heat and check often.

People are very surprised with the results that you can get with this method. Some of the abrasive polishes that are available might be too harsh for the soft plastic cover. The polish I noted above is a chemical style polishing agent.
