EBay.
I downloaded all the Camry Service Manuals off the internet back in 2006, but I never found the Hybrid specific documents. I finally bit the bullet and bought a $10 CD off of EBay that contained everything including all Hybrid-specific documents.

Re: Complete Repair Manual?
OKay, a friend of a friend is a toyota service tech. He had the 2007 service manual. The downside... hundreds and hundreds of PDF files, all numbers for filenames...
230M worth.
I'm trying to put them together in the right order. It's slow going, about 1 section every 5~7 minutes.

I tried that with the 2008 online manual (see my sig)....take it from me...it's a really tough job. The last merges were impossible. To add insult to injury, I messed something up, so that the 08 manual is considered images, not text, thus not searchable. I total waste of time. Trust me! Make sure the result is searchable, or it will end up being a useless set of images.

The Toyota repair manuals are online. Toyota doesn't sell paper manuals any more. The dealers are required to have internet access, and they use computers in the shop to access whatever manual pages they need. That allows Toyota to update the manual frequently. You don't have to be a dealer to subscribe. And, they sell one-day passes for reasonable prices. Last time I bought one, a one-day pass was $10. I spent a day downloading a huge amount of stuff for my (then new) 2008 TCH.
The web site is: https://techinfo.toyota.com
Fair warning -- you might need a lot of disk to hold everything you might want.

Re: Complete Repair Manual?
As a low-dollar option, you might just want to try your local public library. Mine subscribes to Alldata and Edwards Online. Came in useful when I needed some info for my old 'beater', but for something as new as the TCH, YMMV.
