Does anyone else find themselves looking for a reason to drive this car? LOL

I find myself driving more ....just because.

I understand the old term "Sunday driver", I find any excuse to take the long way...or drive to an area of the city I haven't explored... this car is such a pleasure to drive/play with.

With such incredible gas mileage...why WOULDN'T I want to drive more?

Am I alone in this guilty pleasure?

I suppose IF you purchased the car so save money on gas you'd be defeating the purpose. If you purchased it just to have fun the oil producing nations thank you.
Personally I find myself doing the same thing. If I drive 3 miles to work I get 30 mpg on the ECO meter. If I drive 4 miles to work I get 40+ mpg on the ECO. Sort of like getting the 4th mile for free.

The fun has just begun. I keep trying to beat my mpg records and try various speeds to find the highest mpg/speed. Its a lot of fun to drive and own.

The car is a blast... I'm not just wandering around in it but it has become the car we use for all the extra trips besides my commuting - like weekends and evenings. And I don't mind being the chauffer since its fun to drive and my wonderful better half is a leadfoot and would kill the FE if SHE drove it!
