Default Driver Floor Mat Hooks

I've noticed two holes in the driver floor mat, but there are also two holes in the carpet underneath the mat. There are no hooks. Any one else have this issue? Do any of you have hooks for the driver mat?

yes, mine had two hooks standard. I suggest you return it to the dealer to have them installed.

Mine was in a little clear plastic bag in the glove box. I put them in myself when I got home.

The rubber plugs were also in there, so I made the dealer install them when I picked it up (thanks fellow forum members).

I bought a set of OEM replacement hooks from an online place for less than $2 in case the ones I had broke. When I bought the all-weather Toyota floor mats, they came with an additional set that had slightly longer hooks for the thick mat.

I contacted the dealer. They will provide them no problem.

Thanks.

The hooks are required in the US to keep the mat from wadding up and interfering with the pedals (unlikely, but possible, I guess). The dealer should have put 'em in. I bet the TCH from KY will have 'em from the factory. I'm curious: does the Canadian TCH have hooks for the driver side floor mat?

Yes they do. My 2004 Sienna also has them. I don't know if they are required here though...
