I have had my TCH since 12/04/06. Red, Grey factory leather,nav., Moon roof., Kentucky Born.
Very shortly after delivery, I noticed the seats taking on a rumpled appearance. I am not talking about wrinkles or crows feet, but it appears that the foam/ batting under the seats has compressed, or the leather has stretched, leaving large ripples , deep wrinkles, and bulges.
The dealer had nothing to say except to call the Toyota hotline. The hotline said the dealer should handle it.
Anyone else had this problem? Was it fixed, and if so, to your satisfaction?
