Well, I have joined the minor malfunction group...my driver's visor keeps popping out of the ceiling! I need to pop it out of the right side clamp to swing it to the left to block the morning sun on my way to work. This week it has decided to completely come out of the connection on the left when I swing it around. Will try to get in to the dealer tomorrow as my attempt to push it back in doesn't seem to work!

Anyone else use theirs much? Mine is in use every work day.

I use mine every day, twice a day. Unfortunately for me, my 1hr daily commute is due south in the morning, and due north in the evening, so for 2 hrs each day I have the sun coming straight thru the driver-side windows. However, in 9 weeks of using the visor twice a day in the "swung out" position, I have not had any problem.
