It seemed that people concurred there was no real reason to use nitrogen unless you were driving a race car that might be prone to blowouts... since nitrogen does not alter tire pressures as it heats up. If any of my info was stated incorrectly, will someone hit me over the head with a Smart Key, please?
I think Nitrogen is a gimmick.

The earth's atmosphere is about 78% nitrogen (I am guessing that is why you made that comment in your post).

Arrow Re: Front / rear weight distribution

Okay, okay... you caught on, and yet I was off by one percent. Bad memory. But, in my defense, the reason for my percentage error is that I'm apparently severely oxygen-starved, with my brain running on just 21 percent of the stuff, as seen below. Krypton... hmmm, now I'd like to get ahold of some of that!

Gas volume of our atmosphere:
Nitrogen (N2) 780,840 ppmv (78.084%)
Oxygen (O2) 209,460 ppmv (20.946%)
Argon (Ar) 9,340 ppmv (0.9340%)
Carbon dioxide (CO2) 381 ppmv
Neon (Ne) 18.18 ppmv
Helium (He) 5.24 ppmv
Methane (CH4) 1.745 ppmv
Krypton (Kr) 1.14 ppmv
Hydrogen (H2) 0.55 ppmv
Not included in above dry atmosphere:
Water vapor (highly variable) typically 1%
ppmv: parts per million by volume

The weight distribution for the Camry Hybrid is 54% Front and 46% Rear.
I also, at the same time asked the question thru an email, and got this different answer today.

Response (James)06/19/2006 05:54 PM Thank you for contacting Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.

Figures must be taken as approximate due to variances in option load, etc:

Front kg (lb) 950 (2094.4)
Rear kg (lb) 700 (1543.2)
Total kg (lb) 1650 (3637.6)

Approx 57 percent front, 43 rear.

Pick which answer you like, but the email seems closer to reality.
