2008 TCH owners manuel says there is a fuse box inside the car on the drivers side. Where the crap is it? Only thing I see is the knee airbag panel. Looked under the dash and still don't see it.

Under the left side of the dash, right behind the air bag cover, it has a black cover plate on it, I missed it the first time too. Under the ECO button.
