Picked up my 2009 camry hybrid last night and only diff.I can find is the dash in front of me is lower and i can see more car also the controls for the moon roof are a little smaller otherwise same as my o7 and 08.The tires on my 08 were mich and on the 09 they are bridgestone.I had them change tires and rims as i only had 2005 miles on the 08 and dont like bridgestone.I have nitrogen in all tires in all my cars i started using nitrogen in my 05 and 06 prius and wouldnt be without.just my opinion.
I live in Ky and averaged 39 on my o7 untill i hit 8400 miles and stayed at 44.4 on the road.Now i have to start all over again before i get good milage.I dont baby the car and around town on short trips i got about 36 with the 07 and 08.I keep my tire preasure 32 as stated on the door.I had blue on the 07 and o8 and got tired of being hit guess blue isnt my lucky color so i went to white.My wife works qual.control at the georgetown Ky plant so i get a good price or i couldnt afford to trade.and Toyota on Nicholasville treats me like a son.
If you have a problem with your dealership it pays to bite your tongue and treat them like you would want to be treated yourself and it works.

I suppose this is obvious, but is it possible that you have the seat adjusted higher up? I doubt the dash is lower....

Toy is putting 2009 models on the road allready! They will do about anything to devalue our new 2008!!!! Even GM would not use these tactics. Shame on Toyota. H

His wife works for Toyota, so this is probably a "Market Survey" vehicle and not yet available to the general dealer network (yet).

I'm confused also, the title says 2008, but text indicates 2009, but I wouldn't be too surprised, since 2007 model went on sale around April/May of 2006 and there are probably very few changes between '08 and '09 anyway , not like they had to shut down assembly line and retool everything. I corrected my post at the bottom of the page.I picked up my 09 yesterday.The rounded part in front of the steering wheel is not as high as prior yrs.I dont have my seat higher.the cars i purchased were not market cars they were new in a box.I had an 05 and 06 prius and also an 07 and 08 camry hybrid and now an 09 as posted. I payed approx 600 diff plus tax on each car or couldnt have traded as often.You cant take it with you and when im gone my kids would spend my money in a heart beat,i just want to beat them to it.............

Today i found the car is higher in the front [ground clearence] When i would pull up to the curb in front of the place i go for coffee i would scrape the curb as soon as it would touch so I always left a little space prior to the curb.Today i was over the curb about 2 ft.and it didnt touch.That didnt hurt my feelings a bit.I didnt realize it till someone wanted to know how come i parked so close.
