For those of you who have installed you own, you have to drill holes for the rear ones. Did you have to remove the wheels to get this done? I don't really see any other way, but the instruction mention nothing of this.

No, you do not have to remove wheels, on front you do need to trun the wheels to on side and then the other, as it gives you more space to work. 15 min job at most.

Well, I just went out there and did it. After closely looking at the back ones I decided I had no choice but to take the wheels off. One of the screw holes that has to be drilled is totally blocked by the tire and there was no way for me to drill it. Once the wheels were off it was a breeze. Total time for installation (front and back) was about 1 hour which is what Toyota charges to do it. I will say that I am very glad I got the color matched ones. It was worth the extra money.

I am going to wash the car in the next few days and when I do I will post some pictures.

Yes... backs must come off to drill the middle hole!

If you had to take the back wheels off to put flaps on the TCH you do not have the proper tools.
