Exclamation need some fellow bass junkie advice

i just bought my used 2007 camry hybrid and was thinking of puttin in my sound system from my old car into it... i have two 12" BOSS subwoofers in a plexiglass box, an amp and power cap connected. has anyone had good or bad experience putting in a bass system??? is it a good idea due to the car being all computerized??? i know they'll be no room for anything in my trunk but i guess thats the great thing about the single life.. lol.. ur help is appreciated

The bass would put lots of vibration on the large traction battery under the trunk area. Their is also a deep cycle 12 volt battery also in the trunk. It's vented out below the car though a plastic tube.

The traction battery helps propel the car and the 12 volt is used to power the ECU and instrument panel.
