Question New driver education anyone?

Your assistance please...

I just bought the 2007 TCH. Love it, but I could really use some drivers education regarding increasing MPG.

I have been reading but I'm kinda tired of searching.

Thank you in advance!

Just pretend there is a raw egg between your right foot and the accelerator. That should do wonders.

Try the "search" feature on this forum. Make sure to search on both "mpg" and "FE".

Actually, no.

Brisk but moderate acceleration with smooth driving will net the best results. if you are in a hilly area, try to lose a bit of speed on the up hill and gain it back at the down hill. When stopping, start early by coasting to a stop as much as possible. Try to conserve your momentum as much as possible, so if the light is red ahead, try to coast until it is green trying to not stop, but if you are going less than 10 miles per hour it might be best to stop and wait for the green.
