New survey from Toyota - GreenHybrid

I just received an extensive online survey from Toyota asking me to review virtually every feature and component of the car. The survey is oriented to finding problem areas.

I've never had a car where the manufacturer took the trouble to ask me such detailed questions. Is it any wonder that Toyota is EXCELLENT?

I got one of these too. It was fun to fill out. I had lots to say.

How long after your purchase did you guys receive this online survey. And how about main paper Toyota survey about your purchase expierence.

I'd say it was about 3-4 weeks after taking delivery.
