In case anyone is from the province of Ontario, Canada, here is the URL to the provincial sales tax rebate form (up to $2,000) for hybrids. They just got around to redoing the form since the rebate went up from $1,000 to $2,000. It is a rebate of what you paid in provincial sales tax and NOT 8% of the sale price. Example: If you paid $31,000 for the car before sales tax and your trade in was 15,000 the rebate is 8% of 16,000, not 8% of $31,000.
