I wouldn't use that website. WOT (Web of Trust) gives it 1 out of 5 stars for privacy and reliability with reports of malware distribution. Just go to the Toyota corporate site and register. Owner manuals are online through Toyota.
Maybe, possibly, probably...don't know.
All I know is I downloaded a manual from that site.
No malware, but then again, I use a Mac, so if there was a Windows based malware, I wouldn't have known about it. In any event, probably very good advice to "know your downloader".
