Forget about the deal with RK Toyota and will never ever do business with them at all... stay away from the below dealership as they are very unreliable...:

This is the response I got after a cofirmation that everything was done of their useless internet sales person ...:
"I Have just been Informed by the Toyota manager, that car you are looking at, was a sold order that was placed 2 months ago. The gentleman had all-ready signed and paid for the car. This information was not showing in the Toyota system. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have not charged your card, and have shredded your card number. I also called every dealer up and down the coast looking for a car for you. They are all sold. Although you have the second shot on this car if he some how he does not take it. Once again sorry."

It sounds like an honest mistake to me. They happen. However you may be better off. I purchased a car from RK Chevrolet in 1993. Dealing with them was one of the worst experiences including trying to raise the price when I went to pick it up. After way too much time at the dealership I told them, "Either you sell it to me for the agreed price in this contract or you can keep your car and I'm contacting the attorney general in the morning." That did it. BTW, their service department also sucks.
I got leather, those were the things that didn't come with it.

The MSRP on a TCH + leather would be $27,780. You should have the sticker from the car showing the total with all options and delivery charge. You can figure out from there how much exactly the premium was that you paid over MSRP. It certainly does look like you paid an extra $2,700.

Unbelievable fraudulent dealerships lots of them out there, all they care is to get your deposit money and then tell you "oh this is already sold/presold"...
Still waiting from fitzmall to get me my 07 TCH one day in the next 3 months or so...
