They initially only carried 5W20 in full synthetic (which is still pretty impressive considering none of the dealerships in town I called carry any) but Corinne (service manager) got some 0W20 in (in only a day!) after requesting they considering stocking it in the future. That's what I call service.

I commented earlier on the sales manager's (Faheem) awesome level of service, now this! Regency really has got their act together when it comes to customer service. In comparison, when I called Downtown Toyota, the service guy just said the 0W20 was VERY difficult to get in. When I asked if they stocked the synthetic 5W20, he said NO. When asked if they are going to get either in in the future, he said, "it's very difficult to get in."

Any idea how much Regency charges for an oil change using 0W20 oil?

Not sure but a simple call will get you that info.
