Default Rear Breaks Rubbing

About 6 months ago, my rear breaks started making a rubbing noise when cold, light pressure, in reverse, for the first couple of stops. I have taken it to the dealer 2 times. I have 16k, almost two years old now. They said it did not fall in the vin range for the TSB. They sais they saw some glazing of the discs. They recut the rear rotors and sanded the pads. It is somewhat better, the neighbors stopped looking at me, but it is still there. On my next visit, I may insist they perform a full break job, replacing the pads and possible discs, I do not want them cut again. Any ideas?

I'd bring it to a private mechanic you trust and ask his opinion.

Also make sure they were looking at the -07 TSB that replaced the -06 brake one. (I cannot remember the rest of the number.)

UPDATE:

"The new TSB BR007-07 replaces TSB BR010-06."

I had the -07 done which is for rear brake squeak and premature pad wear.

Dealer finally agreeed to replace the rear pads as soon as I can schedule it under the 2007 TSB. My questions is now that they have already cut the discs in an attempt to fix it, should I press them to replace them?

Well if there was glazing on the discs then I would suspect that would cause a problem with the new pad (additional wear?). If the discs are clean, I would keep them. I actually have a hard time finding places that will cut the discs -- they all seem to want me to replace them.

I took mine in last night and the rear brake pads have been replaced and shims added, per the TSB. I'll pick it up later this afternoon and hope that it's fixed!

Mine were finally done last week after my third visit, they agreed to replace the discs, but then did not have them in stock, and would not put on aftermarket claiming they are inferior. My concern it that they claimed to have resurfaced the drums one week before, I do not feel they ever did, so by there recoreds they resurfaced them 2 times, by my inspection at most they just sanded them the first time. This is in there recored and if they warp they are on the hook.
