Default Sunroof: Loud "thunk" when it starts to retract

Factory installed sunroof. Just noticed this am that when it starts to retact (moving backward) there is a loud thuk that occurs. ? seems to be emanating from the rear - like it's snapping. but everything seems aligned and seems to fully open and close. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Never noticed any unusual noise or clunk. Tried mine Sunday to verify and no unusual noises. Suggest you have your dealer check it out when you get your first service done or sooner if you intend to open the hole more often.

Dealer fixed it today. Apparently something was tighter than it should be in the back of the sunroof - they loosened it and it ok now. Had them install front and rear mudguards and the body side molding (too cold for me to attempt!!), and only cost 100.00 labor.
