A 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTL. Nice truck but the MPG was a constant 16.9MPG.

I commute 44 miles a day, combined, in suburban Atlanta traffic so something more fuel efficient was needed. I"ve had my TCH a week now and I'm still all smiles....I have even managed a couple of "Excellent" already..

Thumbs up Re: What did you trade in to buy your new Camry?

I just traded in my 2004 Lexus IS300 for a fully loaded Camry hybrid. I'm so excited.

Traded my trusty 1998 Subaru Outback Limited wagon w/125k.. And as my luck happens - I ate the rear brake pads driving onto the lot...

Traded the wife's 2006 Acura MDX, was averaging 16.5 mpg on premium fuel. Right now, same driving conditions, averaging 35 mpg (double) on regular. I was thinking it would be a hard sell on the TCH, but the wife really likes it.

No trade. I still need to sell my 96 Nissan Maxima to pay for the window tinting and clear bar that are being installed next week.

2004 Nissan Quest with 80K on it. This was a new model for that year with LOTS of problems. I will say, Nissan extended every 2004 Quest bumper to bumper warranty to 5yr/60K and the service people were the nicest I've ever dealt with. But I've never had a car that the service people and I knew each others voices, first names, and vacations plans!

I'm selling my pop-up camper now too since I can't tow with the TCH. Looked at the Highlander hybrid but couldn't justify spending $12K more and getting less MPG's. Now that the kids are older (13,9), I love having a car again. Use to have a Nissan Maxima which we loved but felt we needed a van with the kids (Olds Siloutte - only lasted a few years then we got the Quest). DH has a Toyota SR5 that has been great so I switched to Toyota as well.

LOVE....did I say- I LOVE my TCH!!! Tank averages >38 and I've even had it to 43 for partial tanks. If Pennsylvania just didn't have hills.......

I sold my 06 4 door tundra. ( 9inches of lift, super charged, geared, 33 inch tires on 20 inch rims, with a 1200 watt zapco system) traded because my 9 year old son said I was killing the planet.

Traded a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Hemi.

With the TCH I now use the same amount of gas in a month that the Jeep used in a week! Maintenance is cheaper, too! And this past winter, the TCH was amazing in the deep snow.

The biggest motivation for trading, besides gas savings, was the accelerated depreciation of the Jeep due to gas prices. These days it seems you can't give them away. At least from deals in the local dealer ads.

I've never regretted my purchase once!
