I was able to do the GPS override on my TCH until I brought her in for her first oil change. Now it doesn't. I can get to the screen but I can't hit the override button on the screen. Do you think they did a TSB without me knowing.

Wow! That's scarey!

A few years ago I had a Toyota dealer do a RECALL (not TSB) without me asking for it, something about the child lock latches on the rear doors of my Highlander beeing too long, they could get caught and inadvertantly repositioned, allowing kids to open the doors when the drivers thought they were locked, but doing a TSB is kinda scarey....

And other times I have had to PROVE to them that their TSB even existed!

Eject the DVD and see if it is the same one that was there when you took the car in.

If it is, then pull the fuse for the radio under the hood and under the dash on the driver's side. Reinstall the fuses after a few minutes. That will force a re-load of the sofware and if it is the version that has the override in it, it should work again.

If they replaced your DVD without you knowing, then I would go back and demand that they give it back to you.
