I am an early Honda Pilot adopter as well, but never got involved in any forums. I went through all of the same waiting list BS and trying to avoid dealer premiums above MSRP.

I bought my '03 in late 2003 - after most of the BS pricing had settled. Great vehicle, IMHO.

yeah, mine came in later than montush's, but montush's production number is higher?

on a somewhat similar thought, have you ever been at a bookstore and there isn't a price printed on the book jacket or on a sticker? If you look at the last 4 digits of the number above the barcode, that's the price.

Sorry if everyone knew that already! LOL. it was just a handy trick for me that I learned

More infamous!!

As you probably remember, I traded the Pilot for a RidgeLine and then from there to the Camry. All great vehicles - just different and serve a different function.
