Mine is "The Gray Lady"
Two reasons

• The car is Magnetic Gray and the Camry, IMHO, is not a hot young kids car, but one that has a mature, sophisticated look.
• A friend (who at 49 decided to stop coloring her hair) suggested I get the car, so I thought I'd honor her.

I just call my TCH the "Midnight Blue Dream".........because that's what it has been since i bought it in August of 2007. Gotta love it!!

I've always name my cars using real people names. My old 4runner was helga because its so butch looking. My murano was Nona. I thought the name is sexy and its suitable for the car. My TCH however was different. It looks like a male but very gentle and caring like a female. So, with its androgenous traits, I had to pick a name that can be both male or female .... Cameron is born.

"Metallic Mud" named after it's color.

I name mine after that NAV voice - sounds like an Alice to me. And now that I'm in a HiHy instead of the TCH, I call her Big Alice.

I originally picked Camarod....it just sounded funny....but my girlfriend said that was dumb so it became Midnight.

I seesaw between two nicknames

Sky Rider (its sky blue)

and

______mobile (the name of a company I worked for that helped me earn the money to pay for it)

My car is named CAMRHEE. My last name is Rhee, so the name was a no-brainer...

NAV is named Dianne. Why? My friend came up with it on a road trip every time she told us some direction..... Thanks Dianne!

Is the NAV lady (I don't have it) the same lady as the phone lady?
Or are they two different people?
