Like hunter told you, replace the 12 volt battery and start driving again.

You may just need to reset the control modules if 1) your 12v battery is good, 2) the IMA light is on and the display is showing no charging of the Main battery. Here is the way to reset the modules. Drive down a quiet street about 20 mph. Turn the ignition off and back on. If it doesn't work the first time, try it again. You should be good to go.
