I'm about to replace the stock CD/radio with a Panasonic MP3 player. PM me if you want the old radio. There is a security feature that locks the radio out if it loses power BTW.....

The security feature is easy enough to deal with. if you bought the car new, then it came with a card in the glove box telling you what the code for your stereo is. if you still have the card, then you can just plug the code in using the radio preset buttons.

If you don't still have the card, just fine the serial number on the bottom of the deck when you pull it. Call any Honda dealership and they can get your security code based on the serial number. My dealer charges $6.00 to do this.
