Default Valve adjustment Go No-Go method?

I will be adjusting my valves on my 04 Civic Hybrid this weekend. Found this thread explaining how to do the adjustment. But wanted to understand the go no-go method a bit more.

For example intake valve is calling for 0.15-0.19mm (0.006-0.007inches), Do i adjust with .015mm with slight drag, then try to fit a .20mm in and if it doesn't fit it is ok? I just want to make sure I get it right.

Or is there a special feeler gauge with go and no go sizes on it?

Thanks guys.
