When I picked up my 08 HCH the salesmen (in the passenger seat) asked me some questions about how did I want to set the alarm unit, I didn't watch what he was doing, and I ansewered the questions to operate like my other cars.

Now I would like to make a couple of changes, DOES anyone know how to do it with out taking it back to the dealer, the owners manual and the service manual didn't help me, the service manual eluded to a Honda interface device, a serach on the internet for it was for very expensive item.

When the salesman set it up I didn't see any device.

I did all my changes as per the owners manual. Easy. Just follow the instructions.

Thanks I found it in the door lock chapter, The only thing I didn't find was how to set the alarm "beep" on lock or unlock. I guess I will just have to hit the button twice.
