Unhappy Another Trip Odometer Bug ??

I had a strage thing happen. I've always used the Trip B odometer as my lifetime. When I reached 10,000 miles it started over. I got that ok. However, 2 days ago the Trip B MPG reset to 0.0. I previously had about 48.4 mpg showing. My calculated lifetime mpg had been at 49.93 at the previous tank. Is this related to attaining 50 MPG, or could it be a metric thing? Confused in WNY. Thanks for any thoughts.

.

Don
Best tank 67.5 mpg (555.5 mi.)
Best trip 91.5 mpg (42.2 mi.)

Possibly a metric thing (16384km = 10138mi) but more likely a delayed reaction over having the odo roll over before the gas consumption.

Someday I might even beat that wascally kenny!

You cannot do a lmpg on either trip. They reset eventually. I'm at 15k and mine went to 0 as well months ago.

That's a bummer. The Trip meter on the '04 doesn't reset, just loses the high order digit.
