Any tips on how to fix the aux jack? I have been using my iphone connected to the aux jack. A few days ago it stopped working. I tested the iphone using headphones and it works fine. Next I hooked up an ipod to the aux jack. At max volume I can hear the ipod. I connected the cable and the jack and got feedback at normal volume. By forcing the cable in farther than normal I got normal volume for a second. I can't think of a way to reliably test the cable but the problem appears to be with the jack. In the past when I had bad audio cables jiggling it causes noise but nothing happens when I jiggle the aux cable.
