Default Big foot?

I have larger than average feet, but not that big (10.5) and my toe gets hung on the plastic panel that is above the throttle and brake pedals.

I am thinking of just removing this (bad idea?) or trimming it.

I am I alone?

I wear size 12 1/2 shoe, for the record, I have never banged my knee on the brake lever, dash or shifter nor have I ever hit my foot on any plastic under the dash.

Isn't removing or trimming the toe rather extreme?

No, no...just the shoe

Anyway, I play a doctor in real life, not on TV, so I could handle either.

I had already removed that little panel anyway looking for a firewall grommet for access, and I dont' think there would be any harm in it's absence.

if you also have long legs - remove the dead pedal - the extra few inches makes a world of difference - at least for your left foot.

My feet are 10.5 too and I never have this problem. However, I keep my heel farther away from the pedals, so my foot doesn't hit.

14s here with no prob. Where's your heel? Mine's between the pedals leaning to the right. My foot has never hit any upper panel, but this makes my knee hit the e-brake handle.
