Newby to HCH, but...

Defrost mode (where it's blowing on the windshield) usually runs the AC compressor, regardless of the outside temperature. It helps take moisture out of the air before it passes over the windshield. That could explain why Auto Stop doesn't work.

47+ MPG and counting

Where can I find a soft copy of the owner's manual... I rush through my hard copy once... didn't have time to go through it once more.. thought a soft copy (PDA/doc) will be more handy as I read it on my smart phone....

A minor feature, but "cool" nonetheless, are the rear seat air ducts under the driver and passenger seats. Helps keep the back seat passengers comfortable without messing around with the dash vents.

I just discovered them while checking for storage space under the seats.

Thanks guys for pointing out the auto locking and unlocking feature. Now only if they would have given us an option to program the auto unlocking feature unlock all the doors! Some of us do not live in very dangerous areas. This seems like another feature not provided due to fear of lawsuits.

Press and hold the Channel up button on the steering wheel and the radio will seek or the mp3 player will go to the next folder.

One hidden feature is that at 112mph the speed limiter kicks in...... I'd rather it deployed parachutes, as the only way I can see my car reaching this speed is falling off a mountain

I have heard this and agree the compressor runs when defrost is on, but my 06 DOES Auto-Stop when the AC and/or Defrost is on. Anyone elses' or am I Special

I have not seen anyone mention the 2 windshield wiper features.

1) When the wipers are set to intermittent and set for the shortest delay, they switch to "no delay" low speed when your going more then 12 MPH

2) Again, with wiper set to intermittent, if the car is in gear and stopped with your foot on the brake, the wipers will not sweep until you remove your foot from the brake.
