Default Low clearance on HCH

I've seen a lot of cool mods to the HCH II's on this website. Unfortunately, the low clearance of the standard panels on my 2006 HCH has changed my mind about installing the HPF front, side & rear low aero-effects panels. The grades on driveways and entrances of some of the shopping centers are so steep that I have to come to a standing stop before entering. I envy you guys who don't have this problem.

.

I don't have that problem too much... It seems to happen when I have more passengers, making the car lower.

My last car was a truck & my wife has a 3rd gen 4Runner....talk about being able to misjudge what I can drive over. I hate hearing that loud SCRAPE of plastic & rubber on asphalt. or concrete on aluminum wheel. Plus I can't parallel park any longer. No more drive up, jump the curb, drop the wheel as I wiggle into the space.
