Default Q about Reading MPG Readout

Has anyone counted the number of green bars on the instantaneous MPG guage? It's easy to see where the 50MPG bar is (right next to the dot), but I'd like to know what the reading is when it is one (or more) bars above, or below that. It's a little tough to count them while I'm driving, and my wife thinks I'm crazy for asking.

I was wondering that too. I need to snap a picture while I'm coasting so I can count them later.

I've tried counting them and it appeared that there are 20 total. When I view the IMPG I calculate 5mpg per bar. Though it may not be precise, it seems to track with the mpg results on my trip "b" calculator.

I believe it's 5 mpg per bar, too.
