2005 HCH with CA Stickers

What's a sticker worth? I have a 2005 HCH that I planned to have for life

. My brother is giving me a newer version, but irrespective of year, I love the car.

What do I ask for the car? Does KBB, Edmunds, etc? factor in the value of HOV access (stickers) here in CA????
