Default 2009 Altima Hybrid - any 110k mile maintenance needed?

Hey Guys,

2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid .. 110k on the car.... do 360 miles a week just work and back.... 270 of that highway...

I've done synthetic oil changes every 8000 miles since I got it at 30,000 miles.

Do I need to take it in for any 100,000 maintenance ?

I have the manual .. and realize there is recommended maintenance .. but i've always viewed that as more of a way for the dealership or mechanics to make money off silly things like a cabin air filter .. etc..

everything I'm reading say's to do a CVT fluid change .. which I've never done .. On that subject, I saw a picture tutorial in another forum on a CVT FLUSH .. is it acceptable to simply drain and re-fill the CVT fluid? or is a flush preferred?

Anything else I need to do? I've always heard water pump and timing chain at 90k .. is that still true?

With income tax coming in .. I figured I might take it in for that .. but if it's no longer necessary .. then I might be able to save a little coin!

Thanks for the heads up in advance!

Its good for your vehicle. You dont know whats happening under the hood till the time something breaks. Its good to catch it early. if you go for 110k mile maintenance, they will let you know if everythings all right or which parts needs to be replaced if any. Then its your decision if you want to get it done or not. And by doing the 110k maintenance you will make sure that your car does not gives you any surprise..
If you live in an extreme weather (-40 celcius) in winters, I think you should definitely go for it.

Who knows how wand where the drain and fill bolts on the Nissan Altima hybrid locations are? I can't find it online and the diagram is confusing... Do I open the passenger side wheel and look for the from passenger side?
