Is there any point in having this stupid little plastic thing??

The car comes with a built-in wind deflector that pops up when the moonroof is open, so what's the point?

Is there any way to remove it without leaving marks? I'm not really sure what it's attached with...

I also am planning on putting a bike rack on top. Is this possible with the wind deflector?
