Evois,
Look at the sticker in your door jamb. It will give you your GVWR (the total weight of the truck allowed including the occupants, fuel, everything else inside and the tongue weight of the trailer. You will need to be below that number. In addition to that, you will have a RAWR which is the maximum total ....

The GVWR of my escalade is 7500lbs based on the sticker.

LFA/LZ1 6.0 has different ratings than the L76 6.0. HP, TQ, basically a different tune. 332hp to 367hp. But I'm going to call that booklet a misprint.
With the different rear final ratio of the 2009, your weight should be within limits of 14,000#. But you have a 2010(?) So anyway you can lighten the better.
On something I read it said that the hybrid escalade has a trans cooler, which will help.
