There are some "legs extensions" that attach to the leg. The one who wears them is able to execute impressive jumps. They are elastic somehow, allowing the wearer to run with very high jumps. I saw them often in opening ceremonials at Olympic games, etc. Never seen them in any other places or in real. I browsed for hours, google'ing... found nada...

I hope that anyone who knows what I'm talking about will tell me how are those things named, or who manufactures them...
